I believe that you are referring to either AP ICET or TS ICET. If you are appearing for either of the exams, then please fill the application form and check the important dates and eligibility of the exam. After the exam is over, the result will be declared online in the form of ranks. You will have to login using your loginb credentials. To qualify for selection, you will need at least 50 marks out of 200 to pass the examination. Qualified candidates will be called for counselling sessions to choose their desired colleges and campuses. You can check the list of colleges affiliated to APSCHE or TSCHE on the official website.
