Timings are totally dependent on the college you get. If you have some random government college, them timings may be restricted. Same as with private colleges. But if you get into some IITs like IIT Bombay or IIT Gandhinagar, these colleges are famous for their flexible timings. They allow 24 hours to every student irrespective of gender.
