Can we modify the college list and include private college in second round if not done in the first round, where only government colleges were put..Does the college list once filled cannot be changed and remains same for all the rounds including mopup..This is for Maharashtra 85% NEET UG quota seats

Admission to various Medical courses for academic year 2019-20, will be done
online by way of filling of the online “Preference Form” on www.mahacet.org
(Annexure- S). The selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of
preferences given by the candidate. Preferences (choices) will be allowed to
fill online to those candidates who appeared for physical document
verification and found to be eligible. List of eligible candidates will be
published as provisional state merit list. Seat allocation shall be made
centrally at a later date on the basis of NEET UG 2019 merit in the state of
Maharashtra, and preferences exercised by the candidate for each group
separately as given 10.3.
10.2 ONLINE PREFERENCE FILLING PROCESS: The candidate can fill online
preference form multiple times before clicking submit button. Once submit
button is clicked, then there is no provision to change the preference(s).These
preference(s) will be used for 1st round and subsequent round(s) including Mop
Up round of selection / upgradation (if any) Upgradation in subsequent round
including Mop Up round is compulsory.
10.3 Online preference form filling process will be divided in to groups.
Group A :- For MBBS/ BDS courses :- 29/06/2019 to 04/07/2019
Group B:- For all courses other than MBBS/BDS courses:- 05/07/2019 to
11/07/2019 There shall be two or more rounds of selection of
candidates for each group separately, depending on the availability of
vacant seats. The selection will be on the basis of merit and the
preferences submitted by the candidates. For second and
subsequent rounds, including Mop Up round no separate online
preferences will be filled by the candidate. The choices of courses
and colleges, once entered online for each group separately, shall be
final and irrevocable. This final data shall be used in entire selection
process for the admission to first year Health Science Courses for the
academic year 2019-2020. Candidate should filled the desirous,
preferences of the courses in either of the groups (A or B) or in
both the groups(A & B).
10.4 The College code is a four digit number with S or N suffix, specific for each
college & course combination. Candidate should fill minimum one preference
and maximum as desired. It is not compulsory to fill all Preferences. Suffix S
indicates State quota ( All seats of Government / Corporation Colleges &85%
each in Private Colleges/ Minority Colleges), and N suffix indicates 15% NRI
quota in Private Colleges/ Minority Colleges. The candidate should verify the fee
structure of State/ NRI Quota Seats prescribed by Fee Regulating Authority,
before filling online preferences. The FEE STRUCTURE of Private and Minority
medical colleges is available on website - www.sssamiti.org
Note 1: Candidate who is NRI or ward of NRI must claim NRI Status in online
application form and should give preferences with suffix ‘N’ only. Eligible NRI
candidates will be allocated NRI seats only.
Note 2: Candidates who are Not NRI ward of NRI can give preferences for
NRI quota seats in preference form with suffix ‘N’. They will be allotted NRI
quota seats if seats remain vacant after allotting to NRI candidate. However
he/she has to pay fees fixed for NRI quota.
