Hello there,
Yes you can definitely practice in India after completing a post graduation course of the allotted period by the University abroad,but yes,you do have to go through a written medical examination that is conducted by medical council of india. It is similar to that of any entrance test that you will have to qualify In Order to obtain license to practice in india.
