Yes, you can prepare for both NEET and MHTCET at a time. Almost the syllabus is same for both the entrance exams but level of difficulty in the exam is high for NEET exam. You need to study concepts in depth for NEET exam. MHTCET entrance exam is bit easy than NEET entrance exam. If you prepare for NEET then easily you can crack MBBS MHTCET exam.
