can we pursue Llb after b.com from du?

Yes you can pursue LLB from Delhi University after doing B.Com.
The eligibility criteria for admission to LL.B. Degree course is as follows:-
i) For General candidates, Graduate/ Post-Graduate Degree from the University of Delhi or any other Indian or Foreign University recognized as equivalent by the University of Delhi with at least 50% marks or an equivalent grade point in the aggregate in either of them.
ii) For other backward classes (OBC) candidates, Graduate/Post-Graduate Degree from the University of Delhi or any other Indian or Foreign University recognized as
equivalent by the University of Delhi with at least 45% marks.
iii) For Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe (SC/ST) candidates, a Graduate/Post-Graduate Degree from the University of Delhi or any other Indian or Foreign University recognized as equivalent by the University of Delhi with at least 40% marks. (As per Bar Council of India requirements)
iv) Relaxation of 5% marks in the minimum eligibility prescribed for general candidates
will be allowed to widows/wards of ex-servicemen as prescribed and wards of
serving personnel (CW) category who are in receipt of Gallantry awards.
v) Relaxation of up to 5% marks in the minimum eligibility prescribed for general
candidates will be allowed to the candidates belonging to physically handicapped
(PH) category.

If you fulfill the eligibility criteria of the course then you need to apply for the course and sit for the Entrance Test for LLB program conducted by the NTA to provide with admission into the law colleges under Delhi University.
The exam is conducted at the national level at more than 18 test cities. Through the entrance exam, more than 2900 LLB seats are offered at the law centres of Delhi University.

Definitely you can pursue LLB after you complete the b.com from any university . The the basic requirement is being a graduate student but you have to give a examination for admission into a law college. as per the eligibility criteria is concerned the student need to have minimum 50% of the aggregate marks in his or her graduation.
