can we register for DNB seats once we have already got a seat in All india quota NEET PG 2020?

Well even if you have been allocated a college but still you can participate in other counseling as you have not yet accepted the seat and taken admission. But once you accept the seat and take admission, then you won't be able to shift your admission easily. So think carefully before taking admission anywhere.
