Yes, definitely, you can take a drop and re attempt the NEET exam next year if you score low marks. The NEET eligibility criteria doesn’t change.
THE NEET UG eligibility criteria is as follows-
-Must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects from a recognized board.
-Class 12 or equivalent appearing aspirants are also eligible to apply for NEET.
-Candidates must have completed 17 years as on December 31, 2022.
-The class 12 percentage required for NEET 2022 exam is separate for each category and can be listed as under. NEET eligibility marks in class 12 to be considered are aggregate marks only for PCB subjects
UR - 50%,
OBC/SC/ST - 40%,
PWD - 45%

NEET eligibility criteria is same for every attempt, it's doesn't change on the basis of your attempt number.
The basic neet eligibility criteria is that you should fulfill are 17 years minimum age requirement and 50% aggregate marks in PCB subject if you belong to General category.

Even if you are not able to qualify this neet exam then also you can go for next attempt.
Although you should fulfill the general neet eligibility criteria which are 17yrs minimum age requirement and 50% aggregate marks in PCB subject if you belong to Gen category.
So this year marks will not gonna affect eligibility of next year neet attempt.
