Hello candidate!
every college have their own rules and regulation they follow their own perspective we cannot say you whether you can go to some college on Sunday or not because some college provides the facilities and some college don't provide that kind of facilities and 6 December is also a holiday so I suggest you to make sure that you call to the college authority's and confirm whether you can go on Sundays or not so for the safe site you just call them and know your timings.
