Hello
Short answer-not at all. Take it from someone who dropped an year and then finally made it to a MBBS college, it is not going to be that easy.
An average student will lose about 50 marks (10 wrong questions from the total score). So you need to attend at least 700 marks worth. Can you do that with only important topics?
Further aspirants have it really wrong with “important topics” concept. A chapter which was abundant in this NEET may not even be found next year. You’re taking a huge risk if this is how you are planning to prepare.
My sincere advice will be to study the entire course diligently. For scoring such a high score you cannot afford to not know a single question. Even the apparently unimportant topics will also give around 50-70 marks worth in the final exam.
You can definitely prioritise as per previous year patterns but leaving anything is a risk I would not advice you to take. I hope this answers your question.
Good Luck!
