    Dear Aspirant,

    Can you please add  more details of which counselling you are asking about. So that we could help you with exact doubts..

    But keeping in mind the general trend of the counselling, you cannot change the college preference once the round starts and after every round you get the choice to float/ slide or freeze . And even surrender the given option. If you fullfill the cutoff marks then you can even get the above preference college in the next round..
