Yes you can study any course through correspondence or distance learning. However, you must remember that it might not be as well respected as a normal BMS degree but it has few benefits too. Few colleges only provide distance learning options with a professional course like BMS. One of the best is Xaviers Institute of Business Management Studies in Bangalore.
