Dear candidate, medical certificate can be obtained from any registered medical practitioner. It can be from Medical Officer or Doctor as well, unless there is any special criteria mentioned in the medical certificate criteria of the Institution you can genuinely submit medical certificate obtained from any hospital, any registered medical practitioner.
