I assume that you are thinking to use 10 exam certificate as proof instead of adaar card. But it depends on type of exam for which purpose yoy are using. If it is a some examination,  better check in website.  They will list items that a candidate can you as proof.  Or for some other reason.  Do please state the  purpose.

You need a valid photo id proof 10th marksheet is not considered as an id proof. If you do not have aadhar card you may take PAN card,  driving licence, passport or voter id card but not 10th marksheet.
