can we upload digital marksheet of class 12th( 12th passed) for applying keam?

Yes of course, to upload the marksheet if class 12th fir document verification you can either scan the marksheet and then upload it else if you have the digital copy then you can upload it too. As ling as the marksheet is original isn't not an issue.
