Can we use a cheque other than sbi bank for seat withdrawing purpose in josaa rounds?

Yes you can do that. All maters that you upload the jpg of a cancelled cheque of the same amount irrespective of the bank issuing the cheque. Any bank would work. But be ensured that the amount cancelled remains the same.
