According to the rules set by NTA, candidates are required to wear light clothes.

Track pants are a good option in that case but ensure that it doesn't have too many pockets. Also, wear preferrably half-sleeved clothes, without buttons or any metallic object attached to it. Pull your hair into a ponytail with a simple rubberband. Wear slippers or low-heeled sandals. Do not wear watches, earrings, necklaces, pendants, bracelets, bangles or rings. You are only allowed with your spectacles as an extra accessory. Water bottles are also not allowed. Water is provided in the centre only.

Hiiii Nawani!!!!! Yes you can wear track pants to your neet examination. But it should be of light colour with no pockets, no zippers, no typography, just a plain light coloured track pant and that should be of descent length. Hope this helps you. Good luck!!!!
