- Passing a degree/diploma/postgraduate degree programme of four years or 3+2 years (after 10+2 level) is mandatory. However, those appearing for the final exam of such a programme by July 2019 were also eligible to apply.
- Aspirants, who have passed the GD Arts diploma programme (10+5 level) by July 2018, could also apply.
- IIT Bombay announced that there is not any minimum age requirement to fill the application form of CEED 2019.
- An eligible candidate can appear for CEED multiple times. There is not any limit to that.
