I am extremely sorry to tell you dear but with just qualification of diploma you are not eligible for UPSC civil services examination
This is because,
To be eligible for UPSC civil services examination it is mandatory to be a graduate i. e have a bachelor's degdegree
For reference, UPSC eligibility criteria is provided below:-
*You must have a bachelor's degree in any, discipline from a recognised university .
*Minimum age limit :- you need to be at least 21 years old to be eligible.
*Maximum age limit :- 32 years , also there's 3 year relaxation on upper age limit for obc and of 5 years for sc/st category.

So,
if you want to be eligible for UPSC civil services examination then after your diploma you need to do graduation and you can do graduation in any discipline like BTech/ BSc or any other graduation course of your choice
Also,
There is no more AIEEE examination i. e All India Engineering Entrance Examination, long back it got replaced by jee main and don't worry after your diploma in Engineering you are eligible for JEE main examination as :-
3 year diploma in Engineering which is approved by either AICTE or a State Board of Technical Education is equivalent to 10 + 2 in order to be eligible for JEE main

Sorry dear, you will not apply for UPSC examination. Because you have to bachalor degree certificate from recognise university. It can be bachalor of arts, bachalor of Science, BTech, Bpharm, bachalor of Technology, MBBS but you have to complete your bachalor degree. You have only diploma degree so you can't appear for it. You have to complete the graduation then you are eligible for applying UPSC examination.
