Can women get permanent commissioned in indian air force (technical branch) ?, if yes, please explain the procedure.

Yes, But only if you choose the technical branch ground duty of Indian Airforce, for flying branch you will not get permanent commision.
For that you need to clear the AFCAT and EKT exam in the same attempt and also clear the cutoff for both of the exam then only you will get a SSB call for technical branch, then after you need to clear the SSB interview and pass the medical exam and then wait for your name to come in merit list.
