Yes, YCMOU BCA students are also eligible for writing UPSC EXAM. You can also give SSC exam. For the IAS, IFS & IPS, a candidate must be a citizen of India.

Any UGC ensured college graduation endorsement is to the point of showing up for the vast majority of the public authority tests. The YCMOU (fifth open college in India) has been perceived under area 12 (B) of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956. Indeed, even you can show up for a test when you are in your last year of graduation.
