Hello Aspirant

IISER consists of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology subjects. Syllabus for this exam is entire class 11th and 12th syllabus of these subjects.
The exam will be for 3 hours and total of 60 questions. 15 questions will be asked for each subject. You will be awarded 3 marks for every correct answer. 1 mark will be deducted for every wrong answer. So be careful while answering.

IISER is a concept oriented exam. If you're good at your basics you have high chances of cracking the exam. Study your NCERT books thoroughly especially for Chemistry.

Here are some topics you should not skip during your preparation:

Physics:

Chemistry:
Properties of Solids, Thermodynamics, Kinetics, Organic Chemistry Reactions

Mathematics:
Calculus & Limits, Probability, Trigonometry, Conic Sections, Functions

Apart from this try to solve previous year's question papers to get more idea about type of questions asked.
