Can you help me to clarify my doubt in B. Tech Computer Science and Engineering v/s B. Tech Computer science and Engineering (Specialization in mobile computing) what's the difference?

B.Tech is a regular degree that is being offered by most of the colleges in India which consists of normal 8 semesters in which the final semester the students are requested to submit a project is some specialization they wish, related to the stream they chose in B.Tech

Whereas B.Tech Specialization is the special degree provided by some of the university and deemed College in India which also consists of 8 semesters where the students are taught the technologies related to the Specialization they have chosen throughout their 4 years of degree. Also some can start their research process as part of their academics.
