Hey Aspirant!
When a candidate appears for a exam again-second or third time, then he or she is repeater.
When a candidate pursues education through private institutions, where attendance policy, or extra exams do not get conducted is known as completing education from private institute.
The latter one sometimes have disadvantages as not every institute accepts private education policy.
