In 2018, a candidate with All India Rank 44,266 had a state rank of 1398 in Madhya Pradesh. So you can also expect a rank around 1400 under normal circumstances. You do not have much chances to get a government medical college in the first round. All the best!

The state counselling authorities has started releasing their own NEET state wise rank list 2019 comprising details of the candidates who have applied for admissions to medical and dental colleges located in that particular state.
