Dear Priyanka, a Permitted seat is a seat which MCC hasn't recognised the seat but has permitted to be filled. Those candidates who study in a Permitted seat cannot practise in any other State except for the State that they have studied in. Over a period of 3 years, this permitted seat will be converted into recognised seat. Then the Candidate can practise outsde the State too.
