As per your question here is the list of your colleges in required sequence:-

1- Bhaskar Medical College(BMC), Hyderabad

2- Malla Reddy Institute of Medical Sciences(MRIMS), Hyderabad

3- Prathima College of Medical Sciences(PCMS), Karimnagar

4- Prathima Institute of Medical Sciences, Karimnagar

5- MNR Sangareddy

in here, there were two Prathima colleges and that too in Karimnagar and as per your prefernces provided I've written them in sequence. your MNR Sangareddy college was not in the top 10 list.
