As per last year(2018) Cut-offs for BJMC program at IPU colleges.
for delhi general students with the rank of 963 can get the following colleges
1 JIMS vasant kunj
2 MAIMS, Rohini
3 Trinity, dwarka
Maybe you could get VIPS, pitampura at the sliding round so wait till the end.
