Alka, aiims mbbs examination has been scrapped off and now admission in aiims will be through neet examination , so even if you want to get into aiims , you need to register for neet examination, you can register for it by going through the link given below :

NEET 2020 application form has been released by nta on December 2, 2019 in online mode at ntaneet.nic.in and the last date to register and fill the application form of NEET 2020 is December 31, 2019 , so you need to make sure that you fill the application form between these dates and the neet examination will be conducted on May 3, 2020.
In your Neet 2020 examination , you will have 180 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) from Physics, Chemistry and Biology . 45 questions will be from Physics, 45 questions from Chemistry, and 90 questions will be from your biology.
4 marks will be awarded to you for every correct answer and there is negative marking of one mark for every wrong answer.
