can you please share about the placement scenario at IIT Kharagpur regarding MTech Earth System Science and Technology.

Hi,
If you want to do preparation of government job then M.Tech from earth science is good choice. You get lot of time for preparation. Or if you truly want to do research in earth science then iit kharagpur is a good platform. There are good placements in reputed organisation. You get chance to do intern from renowned organizations like Isro, Imd, or in forign university also. And Iit kharagpur is better than most other colleges. It depends upon you to choose in which field you want to go.

I heard that MTech students in Earth Siences dont get placed at IIT Kharagpur. Is it true. .
