Cutoff for 12the standard is 50% aggregate in combination of Physics, Chemistry and Biology. This mark do not vary from college to college or state to state and is the general eligibility required for NEET admission.

Now best colleges may be best in the state or best in the country.

For best in the state, a marks between 570-620 is required.

For best in country, a marks between 680-720 is required.

This marks are a vague predictor as they vary heavily year wise as well as based on state ranks.

Hello,

You need to score above 50% aggregate in pcb to appear for neet exam.In respect of candidates belonging to Scheduled CAste/Scheduled tribes or other Backward classes, the marks obtained in physics, chemistry and biology/ bio-technology taken together in qualifying exam be 40% instead of 50% for general candidates.

You can check further details of neet in the link given below:

Hii

Class 12th marks are only for the purpose of eligibility for entrance exam. These marks are not included for rank prediction or selection.
You are required to score atleast 50% in your class 12th with subjects physics, chemistry and biology so that you become eligible for NEET exam.
Then in NEET you must score a high rank to get top government  colleges as the competition is very high.
It is suggested to have a target of scoring aroung 560-600 and aboe marks in NEET if you belong to general category so that you can secure a seat for yourself in government colleges.
In your homestate, the cutoff can be a bit lower for you as there you will have 85% quota.
but still have a higher target to be on a safer side.

Hope this helps
Thanks!!!
