No. This year clat has changed the rule, if you've read the instructions on the question paper they clearly mentioned that if we choose an answer and then click on 'mark for review' then the answer will NOT be considered. While all the other exams for law consider the marked for review answers, i don't know why clat changed the rule this year. They did not even give any prior notice regarding the new rule and many students did not read the instructions on the question paper and marked the answers for review instead of saving them.

If you choose an option among the given options in answer and then marked for review then such answers will be evaluated. If the choosen option is correct answer then you will be awarded marks. But if you haven't choosed any option but marked that question for review then you won't be awarded any marks as you haven't choosed any answer. So it all depends if you have choosed an answer and then marked that question for review.
