BIPC 2nd counselling starts froms august 9th that means it already started and I think you have already got notified about it being a bipc student right?Then What counselling do want to know 3rd one?

Hi harshitha in which exam yu got rank.Because counsellings dates from exam to exam or from colleges to colleges states to states varies It depends upon exam,state,rank etc atleast mention some of the prerequsites to answer your question mention something referring to exam.
