see I have mentioned some of the institute name which offers part time courses on master of technology in civil engineering, however you must know that admission may have advantage for gate score holder, but for part time course holders there is no gate stipend. generally part time mtech course is of three years duration.

First of all i would suggest you to please don't go for part time M.Tech because it will be no use.Technical degrees have no value when done in distance mode or part time and specially when they are masters degree.For exams like GATE, the most premier institutes offer admission through it for M.Tech and almost all universities that conduct their own entrance exam for admission in M.tech are fill time courses.So, if you are really interested in doing M.Tech then i would suggest you to for for full time course.
