Greetings!
I am extremely sorry to tell you but I can't provide you online application form for B.A as you are too late for admission, now at this moment no college is taking admission, all the colleges are done with with admission process and most of the colleges are even done with mid semester exam . Also , even for open universities like IGNOU admission has closed on July 31 . So unluckily, at this momoment you cannot take admission.
