Sorry to tell you dear but there's nothing like important questions in competitive exams like neet, if you want to score well then you will have go work hard and not run for shortcuts like important questions as there's nothing like such things. You need to complete your neet syllabus whole heartedly as everything is important , no one knows what will be asked in your neet examination, so just focus on your preparation

Now , what I can do is help you in your neet preparation, follow below tips to prepare well:-
- First of all complete ncert , after finishing each chapter you should practice numericals and mcqs and keep revising your concepts whenever you feel like you are for getting some concepts ,
- Follow a routine :- you can make a routine as well and try to give at least 8 to 10hours or more to study , your routine should revolve around study, revise and practice etc.
- Revise :- you brush import concepts on weekly basis .
- You should practise numericals and mcqs , go through past 39 year chapterwise papers of neet aipmt book for each of Physics, Chemistry and Biology by arihant .
- once you are done with the complete neet syllabus go through mock test papers.
