The best time table is the one which you find comfortable because in the end its you who has to put in the efforts.Someone might tell you to study 16 hours daily and if you will fail to do it so then you will be under pressure and you will mess up everything. So, sit down and relax and make a time table which suits you depending on your coaching timing , school classes etc because you need to manage then all.
Now, your focus should be to complete the syllabus effectively and efficiently and that will be the key.
Take 1-2 hours break everyday for you family, friends and physical activities(sports or anything) as this will give you freshness and positivity.Just focus on your goal and the time table will not matter. Just make daily, weekly and monthly targets and try to achieve them everytime.
I hope this helps.
Hello dear ,
Most experts recommend that students study for at least six hours a day or 42 hours a week or so (excluding the time they spend on coaching classes) to prepare adequately for the JEE. But that recommendation is only useful if you can design a timetable that suits your specific needs.
