There are some government colleges which are accepting admissions to aerospace engineering based on the criteria i.e category, rank, and whether a person is meeting requirements of college.
Maximum, all government colleges admission is completely based up on the ranking and category cutoff criteria.
yeah, if you are either normal student or topper, atleast a student must meet their respective college cutoff .
