Hello Aspirant, hope you are doing good.
Firstly, congratulations for getting such a great percentile in JEE Mains, it's not an easy thing, you must have done your absolute best. Now, with your rank, you are most likely to get a number of great colleges, ranked top in the country.
But obviously, your choices are limited for JOSAA counselling, so you have to keep in mind to to write the choices of college that you really really want to get in. While we are at that, you have to also make sure that your cutoff should match with that college's cutoff, because unnecessary and impractical choices are just going to be a waste of options, because your rank is nowhere near the cutoff, so be a bit practical and rational. Also, keep in mind not to add any college that you don't want, because in case any college from your list is suggested to you, you either have to get enrolled there, or withdraw yourself from further rounds of counselling.

First of all you need to register yourself in JoSAA portal by login with JEE Main (or JEE Advanced in case you have registered for JEE Advanced) application number and password.
After the completion of registration you need to fill choices. You have to search colleges as per your preference and put them in choices like 1st choice, 2nd choice...Put that college in 1st in which you want to get admission into.
Counselling will be done as per your rank and cutoff of the colleges.
