You are requested to mention your category as well.Any candidate who have qualified the JEE mains exam is eligible to apply for the josaa counselling.BEing a general category student ,one won't be able to apply for josaa counselling with 69 marks but the rest ,an obc or sc or st or pwd candidate can surely apply for josaa counselling with 69 marks if that candidate qualifies the 10+2 criteria for jee mains as well.
