Candidates who haven't been allocated any seat byJoSAA can Exit fromthe seat allocation process starting from the 2nd round and up to the 5th round of seat allocation before the last roundof seat allocation(no Exit will be allowed after6thNovember 2020)what wouldhappen if I don't exit upto 5th round
Hey Candidate,
JoSAA counseling has been started since 6 October for admission in the 2020-21 session and will be held in 6 Rounds till November 8. JoSAA is the regulatory body responsibility for Seat Allocation and Seat Distribution into IITs, NITs, IIITs, and GFTIs based upon the marks in JEE MAIN and JEE ADVANCED.
If a candidate has not been allocated any seat in JOSAA Counseling till Round 2, it generally means that he/she might not get a seat in the colleges in offer through JoSAA Counseling Process, hence JoSAA recommends those candidates to withdraw their application till the Fifth Round if they want their Application Fee to get refunded and they might not suffer a loss.
Any candidate who has not been allocated Seat in JoSAA counseling and who has not taken his Application back till Round 5, might not get back the Application money.
Hope that now you have got the answer to your Doubt!!
