Getting a government college with this marks is tough as for all India qouta you need to score around 580. As your score is low you will have to take admission by management quota. There are good colleges in which you can take admission by management quota. Check neet cutoff

See ur marks in the NEET exam is too low for u to grab seat in the govt colleges to pursue ur higher studies in the field of ur interest under MBBS courses. U can get seat only if u are having SC/ST category and that to in lower streams. I m providing u a link for ur help.
