See as of now there is an update regarding SRMJEE 2021 that SRMJEE 2021 is going to be conducted in Remote proctored mode due to the pandemic. So the guidelines are not yet released by the authorities regarding the remote proctored test and unless the guidelines get released we cannot help you with your query because sometimes in remote proctored mode the exam is conducted using only one device, i.e. either smartphone or PC with web cam but in some exams two devices are to be used. So right now it is quite difficult to say whether you can give SRMJEE 2021 using your phone or not.

It is known that SRMJEE 2021 is scheduled in two phases, and first phase is going to commence from May 23rd 2021 and will contnue till May 24th 2021. Whereas the second phase is scheduled for July 25th and 26th 2021.
