Doing integrated physics is almost same as doing BSC and then MSC physics. So, thier scopes are quite same. You can get into more higher courses such as PhD. Or you can apply for jobs in sectors such as research, space and astronomy, HealthCare,  energy production fields, technology, lecturer or professor, geophysics, meteorology, banking, entrepreneurship, business, defence field, atomic research centers, etc.,
The salary is also quite good depending upon the field you choose to work into and your work experience thereafter.
