Hey dear, there are so many option after 12th class, it depends on what path you want to go. Since you didn't mention your stream, i will give you a brief of every stream. If you belong to pcm, than you have engineering, law, bca e.t.c, if you belong to pcb ,than most of the people go for mbbs, bams and bhms, and arts student aim for NIFT. So whichever  stream you belong to, choose accordingly.
