There were many career options were available after 12th other than Doctor or Engineering.Some of them are as follows

CA- Chartered Accountancy
CS- Company Secretary
Integrated law course
Bachelor of Design in Accessory Design, fashion Design, Ceramic Design, Leather Design, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Jewellery Design
Bachelor in Foreign Language
Diploma Courses etc..
