For BA English course there are very less opportunity, you can work in BPO, teacher in private school, translation etc but there will be much opportunity for you if you study for MA. If you are planning to study in Tamil Nadu , the level of English is good but it again depends upon the college you are choosing, on that case only you will have good English profile.

It depends on your stream and area of study, If you are an Arts Graduate, Here are the career options for you. The most preferred option for Arts Graduates is MA Programme in subjects, You are interested.

After completing MA programme, You can go for further studies through M.Phil and Doctorate Programmes, and become researcher in your respective fields or to take up teaching as your profession.

If you wish to go into Corporate world then You can go for MBA programme. You can apply for CAT, CMAT, MAT, XAT Etc. Entrance Exam to get admission for the programme.
