Hi,
Every year psu releases some vacancies which are either filled only on the basis of marks obtained in gate exam or by a combination of gate exam + Interview.
So those who qualify gate exam can apply to these job vacancies.
Beside if one wants to persue higher education he can get stipend for this depending upon eligiblity.
