I would like to mention you that your profile is average and the percentile that you got is also average. So, I would like you to think whether you want to get into a B-School this year or are you ready to appear for CAT, XAT and other management entrances for another year since the average package that you have mentioned will not be provided by most of the colleges that you will get with your current percentile. Do give a thought upon that. The MBA/PGDM program will make you invest a lot of money and so you must try to fulfil your expectation, otherwise there is no point giving up your current job in which you are sure to make 6 lpa after 2 years.

Nevertheless, I am jotting down some colleges which might give you a call with your percentile and my give you the salary which you expect, at the end of the 2 years:

Since the average package for these colleges is way less than your expectation, so if you get into them, you will have to work hard from the very first day on your academics and try to be in the top 20 percentile of the batch. Companies do come in the range of your expectation but you have to try heart and soul to convert those companies for yourself. Do a lot of live projects and work from internships. Do a lot of courses and enrich your CV. Then only you will get the opportunity to get into the high paying companies.

These are some of the reputed colleges that offer good placement opportunities. The average compensation package offered is nearly 6-7 lakhs but with hard work you can easily get a good company with a package of nearly 8-10 lakhs. The institutes also offer good ROI and have strong alumni base in industry which can help you in future growth.

But for these colleges you can get good placements for specific branches of management only. If you're interested in marketing or finance you should go for ICFAI, IMT or PUMBA but if you're interested in Human Resource then XISS and IMI would be the best in this list.
