cat ka form kese fill kerte hai .( isme semester or college name kese fill kerte hai)....agr open se graduation ker Rahe ho ....

You are eligible even if you are doing graduation from open or have done from open university.
You need to score 50% in your graduation to get eligible for CAT for general category and for reserved categories it is 45%.
